- Information
and referral – one-stop shopping service. Our
vendors have been pre-screened by members. Our staff will
try to answer all your questions and locate a service provider
for every reasonable request.
- Weekly
grocery shopping service by appointment – a
driver will take you and 1-2 other CAH members to selected
grocery stores and help you bring your purchases into the
house when you arrive home.
- Exercise
classes led by professional instructors at a local
Cambridge studio and a walking group.
- Monthly
programs sponsored by CAH that are free to members
- Access
to volunteers who can visit you at home, accompany
you on a walk in the neighborhood or provide a doctor-prescribed
ride home from a medical procedure as required by the hospital
- Connections
to other members through home-based activity groups.
Do you like to paint; are you a knitter or a bridge player?
CAH will help connect members who enjoy similar activities
so they can meet in each others’ homes.
