- Referral service to vetted suppliers offering key services including home health care, home maintenance, private transportation, errands and more. Many of these companies offer discounts to CAH members. See Discounted Services.
- Professional staff to help identify options and solutions for staying at home confidently.
- Grocery shopping by appointment, door-to-door, with groceries carried into your house.
Health and wellness
- Exercise classes, three classes per week.
- Facilitated access to the Mt. Auburn Hospital, Cambridge.
- For medical appointments requiring sedation, rides from CAH volunteer drivers.
- Access, at a reduced fee during the open enrollment period each fall, to The Executive Registry at Massachusetts General Hospital, providing medical assistance to travelers worldwide.
Social and cultural programs
- Member events including luncheons, lectures, concerts and museum tours, morning coffees and twilight cocktails
- Interest groups including poetry reading, book discussion, memoir writing, bridge, Scrabble and a walking group
